Impact Analysis

On November 7-10 2016, an impact analysis of the project was carried out by WUS Austria representatives Veronika Nitsche and Martina Handler. The aim of the analysis was to to gain a comprehensive picture about the achieved impact of the DEVCORE project in terms of capacity building for and introduction of learning outcomes in the Montenegrin higher education system.

The analysis was conducted by means of semi-structured (qualitative) interviews and focus group discussions. Interviews were conducted with 9 representatives of Montenegrin project partners (universities and social partners). In addition, a focus group discussion with student representatives of the pilot study programs of the participating universities was held.

Finally, a workshop with the key project staff of partner institutions was organised to share first impressions and results and discuss about potential follow-up activities in Montenegro, thus contributing substantially to the project’s sustainability after the official project end.
